Employees play a key role in shaping their experience at Paramount and in their team. Some of the ways we offer support include: 

  • Goal-setting & check-ins: Through goal-setting and performance check-ins, employees identify their most important contributions to their team’s objectives and the company’s mission and strategy. Regular check-ins with managers help employees review progress, discuss challenges, and celebrate accomplishments. Check-ins are also a chance to check in on well-being, discuss growth and development, and receive coaching and feedback. 
  • Global Experience Survey: Sent twice a year, our survey measures several key aspects of our employees’ experience, including engagement, inclusion, and well-being, to continuously strengthen our culture and build a great place to work.

We prioritize work-life integration by providing flexible work arrangements for many of our employees. While some positions are fully remote, many employees work a hybrid schedule, spending a portion of their workweek in the office and the remainder at home. The specific schedule is tailored to each department and manager, ensuring a customized and adaptable approach to meet individual needs.
