Environmental, Social, And Governance (ESG) Strategy
The media and entertainment industry is one of the most powerful forces influencing and reflecting culture, social views, and societal outcomes. At Paramount, our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy is critical to our success as a company. We are working to foster a better world for our employees, audiences, partners, and communities. It is our responsibility to measure and manage the ESG impacts we have as a global content powerhouse. Paramount’s ESG Reports, published annually since 2020, provide our stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of our sustainability strategy and progress. The foundation for our ESG strategy is our 2020 company-wide ESG materiality assessment, which identified the most important ESG-related risks and opportunities across our business globally. Our reports highlight how we have progressed on our ESG strategy and year-over-year information related to our workforce and environmental impact.
Our latest ESG report, published in October 2024, continues to spotlight efforts within three key focus areas: On-Screen Content & Social Impact; Workforce & Culture; and Sustainable Production & Operations.
As Paramount's future continues to evolve, we remain focused on managing our most significant impacts and reporting on our progress with transparency and accountability.
